Privacy Policy

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on our booking and phone buttons. It sets no cookies and does not identify you; it records the page, the referring site, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and your approximate country.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies and receives your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. In British Columbia, the rest of Canada outside Quebec and the United States, Google Analytics is on by default and you can turn it off with “Decline”. In Quebec, Europe, and wherever we cannot determine your region, it stays off until you click “Accept”. We estimate your region from your IP address; we do not store it.

We advertise on Google, Instagram and Facebook. If you click “Accept”, we load the Meta Pixel and let Google Analytics share data with Google Ads, so we can measure which ads bring visitors and show our ads to people who visited the site. This may combine your visit with your Google account if you are signed in. None of this happens unless you accept, wherever you are: without your consent, Google Analytics sets no advertising cookies and removes ad-click identifiers.

Appointments are booked through Squire, shop orders are processed by Shopify, and job applications sent through our careers form are delivered to us by email through Resend. These providers handle the information you give them under their own privacy policies. We use it only to provide the service you asked for.

You can change your decision at any time: Cookie preferences. Declining stops Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel right away. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months if you accept and 6 months if you decline.
